Based on your FootJoy sales volume this program year (January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021), you have earned a No Charge product rebate. You will see your total in the budget section after you log-in.
To place your rebate order please review available items and submit your order by June 15.
Due to ongoing supply chain and operational challenges, we are unable to offer apparel customization at this time. Should this option change at any time within the rebate period, you will be notified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Because there will be no billing associated with this order, it is important that the value of the product ordered does not exceed the rebate earned (thank you for understanding). Please be sure your order is complete before submitting.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for orders to ship. If lead times are greater, you will be notified ASAP.
